There are three ways your investment generates returns. First — Revenue Share. As our startups launch and begin generating income, investors receive a percentage of that revenue proportional to their stake. The more products that monetise, the more you earn. Second — Stake Value Growth. As each startup develops and gains traction, the value of NALTERO Investments grows. Every new round of investors pays more for the same stake — which means your position automatically becomes more valuable over time. Third — Exit Returns. When a startup reaches a stage where major corporations want to acquire it, early investors benefit the most. You came in at the lowest price — and you exit at the highest.

Yes. Every investor enters into a formal agreement with NALTERO Investments Corporation. Upon completion, the investor becomes a fully registered shareholder of the corporation. Your stake is legally documented, your rights are clearly defined, and your position within the company is protected from day one. As your investment grows, so does your role within the ecosystem. Larger stakeholders naturally carry greater influence in the direction and decisions of the company.

Based on our current roadmap, first monetisation begins in late 2026 with IQ UP School. Initial returns for early investors are projected within 10 to 16 months from entry.

As our audience-driven platforms grow, additional revenue streams open up — including advertising, branded placements, and media partnerships with major retailers and global brands. NALTERO Investments operates through two legal entities. Our current operational base is a fully licensed IT company in Dubai — covering all development, design, marketing, and startup activities. Our primary investment vehicle is a corporation registered in the United States, State of Delaware — the most trusted and investor-friendly jurisdiction in the world. This is the entity through which all investment agreements and shareholding are structured. Two entities. One ecosystem. Fully legal and transparent.
